Who you are writing to
Carson (木林森) builds GraphChinese alone. He writes the curriculum, the software and every guide on this site, studied Chinese at Middlebury and ICLP Taipei, and was a Yenching Scholar at Peking University. There is no support team, which is why the answer comes from the person who wrote the thing you are asking about.
What GraphChinese is
GraphChinese teaches Mandarin from the four tones through HSK 6 on a knowledge graph of 829 topics. A topic opens when everything it rests on is proven, and the scheduler brings each one back on the day you are about to forget it. The whole course is $49 once for lifetime access — read what it costs and what you get, or start with the method.
